A Physician with a Mission
A doctor of osteopathy (DO) and a fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Liao balances high-tech medicine with a personalized, “wholeperson” approach to care. While DOs undergo the same rigorous training and education as MDs, DOs are also trained to consider the “bigger picture”: the interrelationships between the area of injury or disease and other body systems. As a solo physician, Dr. Liao also greatly values the long-term relationships he has built with many of his patients.
